  4. I think it's currently called 'The Core' but it doesn't really matter. It's a shopping centre, which, I'm told, has swapped investors umpteen times over the past few years and none seem interested in actually growing it. Mindset is a huge part of it. Shopping centres are having to move away from traditional models, for example the usual shopping mall food court is dead and buried, but the Core's latest innovation is a food court with Burger King as it's headline. It's as if the owners don't have any context to the city it sits in.

  5. The Merrion is listed and leeds is the 4th largest city in the uk And we are far bigger population than manchester they inc greater manchester so Salford etc.. also we had two stations in the city centre at one point
