  2. A large city centre park, maybe behind the Templar Hotel. An independent shop only area with incentives indeed. Entrepreneurial small business hub area with incentives. Pedestrianise (with trees!) Call Lane & allowing bars/restaurants to have outdoor areas helping bring in daytime shopping customers. A public outdoor art area, maybe steel some sculptures from the Yorkshire Sculpture Park to save costs :-p

  4. These all look great, but there is 1 more. A bar called Lazy Lounge do a Lazy Gourmet Platter and it is immense! Everything from meats, cheese, dips and bread, risotto balls, goujons and loads more! Definitely one to check out!
