Duke Studios is one of the more unusual coworking spaces in Leeds. It has the look and feel of a creative studio, with bold colours, exposed beams and shed-style pop-up offices. Creative types are exactly who they cater for. High-speed wifi and power points come as standard, and you even get kitchen storage if you rent a permanent desk. They have a trio of quirky and cool meeting rooms that you can use for free once you’re a member, as well specialist equipment, like laser cutters and studio lights that you can hire for a discounted fee.

Based in Meanwood, Graft is a modern coworking space with a friendly, relaxed feel. It has a warm industrial decor brought to life with plywood and painted brick. There are 12 desks here, all of which come with fibre optic broadband and complimentary tea and coffee. You can rent a desk by the day, part-time for 20 hours per month or full-time (which gets you 24/7 access, a free storage locker and a registered company address).
