Avenue HQ is one of the most popular co-working spaces in Leeds. It’s home to five simple, no-frills basement meeting rooms that hold between three and six people. If you’re out to impress, you can book The Boardroom or The Gallery, with space for up to 12 people. Each comes complete with wifi, HD screens and audio-visual link-ups for presentations. You can add flipchart hire, tea and coffee as extras or take advantage of their catering service if required.

They have two bright and airy meeting rooms that hold up to six people, as well as two larger conference rooms with space for up to 70 guests. Free wifi is available throughout and every room comes equipped with a projector, HD screen, flipchart and whiteboard. There’s tea and coffee as standard, but you can also book their full catering service if needed.

Nestled right above Leeds Train Station, Platform is home to some of the most central meeting rooms in the city. They have four smart and professional spaces to choose from. Their two boardrooms have space for up to 8 people, but you can also book one of their more relaxed rooms for groups of up to 32 people, which can be combined for 64. They all have tea, coffee, HDMI TVs, super-fast wifi and wireless presentation systems. Stationery can be provided.

Wizu

This art deco building has recently been renovated to keep its historic touches, paired with stylish, industrial-chic furniture. There are four in total, with room for 10 to 60 people, or you can rent the whole space. They come with breakout standing desks, wipeable whitewalls, projectors, huge HD screens and a PA system. They have two pods, perfect for small catch-ups and four rooms for bigger meetings. There’s free and fast wifi, state-of the art technology and breakout areas. If you want catering as well, you can add it to your package, but you have to book at least a half-day.

Wellington Place is one of the biggest commercial office spaces in Leeds and they’ve got the meeting rooms to match at The Terrace. They’re clean and modern with a professional but relaxed feel. From small groups as little as 2 to boardroom and conference-style affairs for up to 150 people, each room is kitted out with HD screens, projector facilities, IT support and free wifi. Tea and coffee is provided, with the ability to organise catering if you want it.

If you’re looking for small meeting rooms in Leeds, take a look at Stringer House. It’s in Hunslet and offers stylish, relaxed meeting spaces in a converted Victorian building. They have four rooms, with space for up to 16 people, although the Hunslet Room can be expanded to fit 40 if needed. There’s free parking, wifi and a smart TV or projector fitted in every room. The Met

Whether you want big or small, The Met has a room to suit all your needs. There are 18 flexible spaces, from the intimate but stylish Met Rooms to the grandeur of the Met Suite. There’s a dedicated manager who will set it up according to your requirements and each of the rooms comes with free wifi, IT support and projectors or flatscreen TVs.
