Help to Grow is a structured programme that will introduce you to the core tenets of growth, giving you the time and headspace to put them into practice within your own business. And that’s key here. Instead, you’ll be given practical tools and strategies you can implement right away and a clear, structured path to creating a business plan that drives growth.
The course is flexible enough to fit around your work, with 50 hours of in-person and online sessions, peer-to-peer learning and one-to-one mentoring, spread across a 12-week period. Each week, you’ll cover a different topic, then work with your fellow business owners to apply those learnings in the real world. That’s the beauty of peer-to-peer learning – your cohort will become your partners in crime, trusted advisors you can talk to and bounce ideas off.
And the mentors are just as important. They’ll challenge your thinking and offer new perspectives to help you find better, more impactful solutions. This is your chance to explore areas that aren’t covered by the course and get a sounding board on the challenges facing your business. So who can do it? The Help to Grow programme is aimed at SME owners and senior managers. Your business must have been operating for at least one year and have between 5 and 249 employees, but it doesn’t matter what sector you’re in because you’ll learn to apply the fundamental principles of growth to your business. From adopting digital technologies to building resilience and improving employee engagement, it’s all covered.
