Our dream Account Manager is a people person because you’ll be the link between our key clients, our sales team and our crack squad of writers. It’s an exciting, ever-shifting role that is all about added value. This isn’t a writing job – you’ll be managing multiple client campaigns and guiding them every step of the way, from concept to delivery to evaluation. You’ll need to be a multi-tasker and a quick-thinker who enjoys a fun, fast-paced environment that’s never dull.
Are you comfortable communicating with clients at every level? Putting together briefs for our writers? Digging into data so we can make sure our campaigns get the best results? Seeing what works, what doesn’t and ensuring we keep delighting our clients, time after time? Good at organising, planning and passing on feedback? Yes? Then we’d really, really like to talk to you.
