We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our client services team. You’ll be working with our impressive client list, which includes the likes of First Bus, LeedsBID and P&O, to manage campaigns, taking them from brief to rebooking, and ensuring client expectations aren’t just met, but exceeded.

How to apply

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced and organised account manager to join the team. You might have one year of experience under your belt, or four, either way, we want to hear from you.

Whether you’re coming from an account handling role in an agency or from a client-side position, you’ll use the skills you’ve developed to take responsibility campaign performance and client satisfaction.

You’ll be building trust, presenting ideas and pushing back on amends to ensure our clients get the best possible results, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable managing stakeholders at every level.

Digital experience is essential. You’ll need to have a good understanding of content, social media and email marketing. And you’ll need to know your way around GA4 and other essential analytics tools.

What you need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a full time digital media, marketing, account management or client services role
  • At least 1 year of experience delivering marketing, advertising or digital campaigns from inception through to evaluation

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish
  • Speaking to clients regularly - in person, on the phone or over video call
  • Regularly communicating with clients and stakeholders by email, phone and through meetings
  • Ensuring frequent contact with clients to keep campaigns on track
  • Keeping clients happy and campaigns on schedule
  • Work with our business development team to onboard clients
  • Clearly communicate with clients so they always feel valued
  • Create project plans, manage deadlines and handle resources
  • Gather info, assets and insight for client campaigns
  • Create briefs for our studio team to produce campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements
  • Have an eye on industry trends and benchmarks so you know how we compare
  • Retain and rebook clients by providing fantastic customer service
