If you’re our lucky winner, you’ll get a £150 tab for Sandinista, so bring your crew and put the menu to the test. Kick things off with a trio of olives dressed in punchy chilli oil, or head straight for those amazing padron peppers, fried to blistering perfection then lifted up a notch with parmesan aioli and lime. Nachos come with all the extravagant trimmings – guac, mozzarella, cheese sauce, pickled jalapenos and chillis, salsa, pico de gallo and more.
