Since it opened in summer, Green Room has been a huge hit. Their fab brunches, diverse drinks menu and, yes, that sun-trap of a terrace, have combined to great effect. But the nights are drawing in, so they’ve given that terrace a full revamp, with weatherproof canopies, heat lamps, blankets and twinkling lights festooned everywhere for a snug and cosy winter vibe. A new season deserves a new menu, so they’ve added some comfort food to their Winter Garden offering, and you can try it all out if you win this competition.

Get a two-night stay where all the action is

If you’re our lucky winner, you can settle in for a couple of nights at the swanky, loft-style apartments at Green Room. Stylishly stripped back and thoroughly modern with exposed brick interiors, these city centre boltholes come with kitchens, lounge areas, smart TVs and everything you need for a weekend away from home. As well as an open-plan kitchen diner, they’ve got a separate floor with two double beds, so you can bring some friends along to help you out with your bar tab.

Speaking of which, the £300 bar tab that’s up for grabs is good for both food and drink, so you can really explore the Green Room menu. Maybe start the day with a Grön brunch – there’s a fully vegan offering or you can tuck into Mexican steak bowl or Turkish eggs. The Winter Garden menu is a tastebud tempter, with bratwurst or currywurst dogs, a bounteous buffalo chicken burger with loaded fries, and loads more vegan options. Get toasty on the terrace with wines, craft ales from local breweries, classic cocktails and warming winter specials such as boozy hot chocolate. What are you waiting for?

The free prize draw is open until 5pm on Friday 16th December 2022. There is one prize available. The prize is in two parts parts. 1) A two-night stay at Green Room apartments. Both nights must be taken together, and dates are subject to availability. Cannot be taken on a bank holiday 2) A £300 bar tab at Green Room, which must be used in one sitting. This free prize draw is open to UK residents with a valid UK postal address only. One winner will be randomly selected from the database of entrants who completed the prize draw online entry form. Employees and family of Green Room, Leeds Digital Magazines or any agencies connected with the set up of this prize draw are not eligible to enter. No cash alternative. The winner will be contacted by email. The winner must confirm that they’re eligible and able to accept within 24 hours of the email being sent.
