Lion dancers, mesmerising projections and a seemingly endless procession of sumptuous food awaits at Tattu as they welcome the Year of the Rabbit with an all-out brunch party that will assault your senses in the best of ways. But that’s not even the best bit because we’re giving away two tickets for the Lunar Brunch Party on Saturday 4th February 2023, complete with a delectable three-wave brunch and bottomless cocktails or champagne! Get your entries in!
If you only do one bottomless brunch this year, make it this one!
This is a bottomless brunch, but not as you know it. First, there’s the atmosphere. Tattu’s distinctive cherry blossoms will be lit red for Chinese New Year, creating a party vibe that’s taken up a notch by live DJs on the decks and the entrancing sway of the Chinese lion dancers as they weave their way around the restaurant. It’s here, in this lavish setting, that our winner will devour a bellyful of Chinese classics, taken to new heights.
Brunch begins with Chicken Xiao Long Baos oozing with coconut, shallots and red Thai curry. Those delicious morsels will be paired with Sticky Beef Bao Buns and Seven Spiced Seared Tuna, delicately topped with truffle aioli, citrus ponzu and caviar, bringing the first wave to a scrumptious close. Take a moment to savour the bottomless champagne (or cocktails if you prefer), before the next round of mmm-worthy treats arrives at your table.
Wave two brings two more dishes. Tattu’s famous Wok Fried Angry Bird packs sweet and spicy goodness into every bite, while their Black Pepper and Honey Ribs are so fall-off-the-bone tender they’ll practically melt in your mouth. To break up those big flavours, there’s a steaming bowl of Jasmine rice, but be sure to leave space for pudding because the Year of the Rabbit Mooncakes aren’t to be missed. These Yuzu and lychee cheesecakes are divine!
