Terms & Conditions The free prize draw is open until Friday 20th January 2023. There is one prize available. The prize is two tickets to Iron Maiden at first direct arena on Wednesday 28th June 2023. There is no purchase or entry fee to enter this prize draw. Entrants must bank with first direct bank and may be asked to present their card or digital equivalent upon entry to the venue. This free prize draw is open to UK residents with a valid UK postal address only. One winner will be randomly selected from the database of entrants who completed the prize draw online entry form. Employees and family of HSBC Group, first direct arena, Leeds Digital Magazines or any agencies connected with the set up of this prize draw are not eligible to enter. All prizes are subject to availability. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over. If you don’t meet or stop meeting any of these criteria after entering the prize draw, you may be disqualified and any prize you may have won will be forfeited. The prize does not include any additional accommodation, food, beverage, transport costs, spending money and/or other additional costs beyond what is stated above and the winners will need to pay for these. The winners will also be responsible for any tax liabilities. If the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the promoter, the promoter can offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at the promoter’s discretion.

The winner will be picked at random at Friday 20th January 2023. The winner will be contacted by email within 5 days of the prize draw closing. The winner must confirm that they’re eligible and able to accept within 24 hours of the email being sent. If a winner does not contact us within this time period, the promoter reserves the right to pick an alternative winner at random if a prize is not claimed. The prize requires the winner to be able to attend Leeds first direct arena on the date of the relevant show as stated above. There is no cash alternative and the prize can’t be transferred or exchanged. If a winner is unable to attend, the promoter may pick an alternative winner at random. The operators of the first direct arena can refuse admission to the winner and/or any of their guests. The promoter is only responsible for providing the tickets to the winner, and in particular shall not be responsible for any expenses, losses, distress or inconvenience resulting from any revocation or refusal of admission, or for anything else that occurs at the first direct arena. The winner and their guests will need to comply with the first direct arena’s Children Under 14 Policy which is as follows: 1) As a responsible entertainment venue, the safety and comfort of patrons is paramount. This Duty of Care is particularly relevant when protecting minors under 14 years old; as such our policy is that all children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult defined as someone 18+ years of age who will be present for the full duration of the event. 2) For certain shows where the audience is both seated and standing, no one under 14 years old will be permitted AT ALL to stand on the auditorium floor. 3) Parents should always be aware of their general responsibilities regarding their children’s safety in situations where they are outside their direct control, and adhere to legislation detailing these responsibilities. 4) Unless photographic proof of age is supplied, first direct arena staff will make a judgement based on visual appearance prior to entry. 5) We strongly advise that children under the age of 3 should not be admitted to the venue except for particular productions which are age appropriate as advised by our Ticketing Office Staff.
