So when sofa giants DFS needed a new email system that made it easier for their employees to work collaboratively, Netpremacy was their first call.
They moved all 2,000 of DFS’s employees onto G Suite, making it much easier for them to work with each other. “We did have a conference facility, but it was pretty poor,” Will Rose, Programme Manager at DFS explained. “The advantage of Hangouts is that it makes it really easy to communicate as a business.” They also moved all their finance data from Excel onto Google Sheets.
Netpremacy made sure DFS’s data was secure by rolling out two-step verification across the entire business. They’re now reaping the benefits, but just because the project is complete, doesn’t mean their partnership is over. Netpremacy continue to consult and support DFS. Building an online platform
Answer Digital is a multi-award-winning digital transformation and IT consultancy. They recently worked with an international grocery wholesaler that ships British produce to 123 countries around the world.
“We recognised, in working with them, that whilst their business had grown wonderfully through its personal customer service, there was a cap to their growth,” Richard Ellis, Head of Digital Retail at Answer Digital told us. So, they asked a simple question – how could they make it easier for customers to buy, regardless of the country they operate in?
In three months, Answer Digital produced an order capture platform that gave real-time product, price and promotion information. This allowed retailers around the world to order stock from a 75,000-product range. It reduced the ordering time by 67% and increased sales by up to £12 million annually. How? By putting customer engagement at the heart of the process.
Overhauling web systems
Perfect Storm is a new breed of agency, one that adapts and evolves to meet the specific needs of its clients. They were recently asked to overhaul the web presence of Royal Canin, a specialist dog food brand.
Royal Canin’s web systems had become too complex. Individual apps and systems had been built incrementally, meaning none of them worked with each other. They needed help making sense of the various systems, to understand and make the most of what they did. Perfect Storm handpicked a team for the project and worked to connect a series of disparate systems, making them feed into each other.
After two months of work, they created a new interface that now powers all the company’s platforms. A single API lets the digital team log-in, manage data, make updates to settings and obtain a real-time view of customer data. They now maintain all systems and have introduced new mobile apps and bespoke reporting tools.
