All thirteen floors are dedicated to tech businesses, but the first three champion start-ups. This is where you’ll find their co-working space. The Tech Hub itself is vast. They have 42 dedicated desks and 45 hot desks, but there’s also a 7,000 square foot mezzanine full of quiet corners and breakout spaces, so you can change-up your working environment or schmooze clients in a cool, professional space. They also have a small number of free meeting rooms in case you need something a little more private. And of course, the kitchens come fully stocked with tea and coffee, so you can always get your caffeine hit.
