The Bandeja Paisa is a hearty Colombian brunch dish that makes for one mighty feed – there’s a reason why it’s also known as the Gut Buster. Your plate will be packed full of delectable South American eats, with fiery chipotle black beans sitting alongside irresistibly sweet pineapple slaw, sticky fried plantain, smooth guac and a runny fried egg served sunny-side up. The Falafel Guys’ signature wrap comes bursting at the sides and filled with Middle Eastern flavours. A soft Arabic flatbread is smothered with their secret-recipe hummus and then loaded with three chunky falafel balls. These flavour-packed morsels of spiced chickpeas are crisp on the outside but wonderfully smooth when you bite in. You can even add extra chicken or halloumi before it’s finished off with crunchy salad and lashings of tahini, garlic mayo and chilli sauce.
