The mix of mange tout, carrots, cashews and salad leaves form the perfectly crisp, crunchy and vitamin-filled base. Bún Bo Hue is a warming Vietnamese noodle soup that’s brimming with nourishing ingredients. Lean beef, bean sprouts, peanuts, and Vermicelli rice noodles are simmered in their spicy, aromatic broth flavoured with a secret blend of Vietnamese herbs. An Indian street-food favourite, Jah Joyt’s Samosa Chaat will fill you right up and you won’t even need to feel guilty about it. Two chunky veggie samosas are crushed and smothered with chickpea masala. It’s super high in protein, which will help keep you full all day. And once that’s all piled on, they add lashings of creamy raita and tamarind sauce, then throw on freshly diced red onion to give you a healthy hit of vitamin C.
