Vegan Bottomless Brunch at Banyan

Add the word ‘hash’ to anything, and mouths start watering. The Vegan Breakfast Hash at Banyan, part of their bottomless brunch, is an absolute flavour bomb, based around roasted sweet potatoes. Pepped up with pomegranate seeds, golden & red beetroot, avocado, wilted spinach and spicy sriracha sauce, it’s heavenly. You can pay £5 extra for the sensational Onion Bhaji Wrap. Crisp and crunchy, it’s encased in a beetroot wrap with pickled veg, mango chutney, minted yoghurt and fries – more than a match for the free-flow prosecco or Bloody Marys.

Vegan Sharing Pizza at The Yorkshire Deli

Vegan pizzas might be nothing new, but The Yorkshire Deli’s incredible sharing effort certainly is. For £40, you get a seriously epic metre-long, rectangular pizza. It’s big enough for six to share, so make sure you bring your pals. Better still, you get to create your own perfect topping combinations, so it’s all about you! But what will you go for? You can choose any four of their toppings, from mushrooms and peppers to olives, artichokes and capers. Take your pick and tuck in – it’s so big, don’t be afraid to ask for a doggy bag!

When it comes to meat-free grub, Bundobust is always a winner. Their vegan sharing combo for two is one of the best ways to explore the menu at the Indian street food bar. They’ll bring you six of their tastiest dishes in one go for you to tuck into forkful by spoonful. Kick things off with the crunchy sweetcorn chevdo before grabbing a couple of addictive okra fries and munching on a giant onion, kale and broccoli bhaji. They’ll dunk perfectly into raghda pethis, a spicy take on mushy peas. Complete with chole saag and bhel puri, it’s a fabulous feast.

Vegan Afternoon Tea at Issho

Issho’s Japanese twist on a classic afternoon tea is already the stuff of legend, but they take it up a gear with their vegan version. For £33 per person, you’ll start with a trio of fish-free sushi, including Nigiri Inari and vegetable Maki. Then it’s time for a trio of desserts – the matcha cheesecake is a joy to behold, but the chocolate tart is sure to disappear quickly too! Don’t forget your tea – classic Japanese brews sit alongside classic English breakfast or you can even make it bottomless with free-flowing Prosecco for an extra £19.30 each.
