The meat is slathered in their secret-recipe sweet chilli marinade, then cooked low and slow until it’s tender enough to melt in your mouth. They stuff it into a bao bun with cucumber, spring onion and sesame seeds, then finish it off with lashings of sriracha mayo – ger in ma belly!

Keep it classic with tuna maki and salmon nigiri, or try their delicious Spider Rolls. They toss soft, flaky pieces of crab in sweet chilli mayo, then add cucumber and roll it up with a sprinkling of masago to finish. Prefer meat? The Chicken Uramaki is bulging with teriyaki-slicked chicken breast.
