When it comes to drool-worthy vegan junk food, Knave’s Kitchen is the place to go and their Mac Fries proves it. You’ll get a basket of crispy chips seasoned with pickles, sesame seeds, chillies and fried-onions. It has one hell of a kick, but that’s why we love it. Smothered in dairy-free cheese sauce, it’s the ultimate vegetarian comfort food.

Soft, sticky and surprisingly fluffy, bao buns are little packets of joy and you can try them with a southern-fried twist at Little Bao Boy. They coat their chicken thighs in Gochujang buttermilk and deep fry them ‘til they’re golden and crispy. Stuff ‘em into a bun with crisp lettuce, spring onion and a drizzle of sriracha mayo for the ultimate lunchtime treat.

Served in a proper bento box, this set meal will give you an eclectic taste of Japanese dining. You’ll get bitesize portions of vegetable tempura, steamed white rice and a mixed-salad, but the beef teriyaki is the star here.
