Soft, sticky and surprisingly fluffy, bao buns are little packets of joy and you can try them with a southern-fried twist at Little Bao Boy. They coat their chicken thighs in Gochujang buttermilk and garlic flour, before deep frying them ‘til they’re golden and crispy. Stuff ‘em into a bun with crisp lettuce, spring onion and a drizzle of sriracha mayo for the ultimate lunchtime treat.
