Alongside the beer, the boardgames and the Bloody Marys, Outlaws has one more trick up its sleeve – an epic grilled cheese. Some would say, the best in the city. Freshly sliced sourdough acts as the base for a tantalisingly gooey layer of farmhouse cheddar, emmental & brie. They build up the flavour with spicy gherkin, red onion and cayenne pepper, then toast it to perfection.

Panko Aubergine Bao

Little Bao Boy

The ultimate in vegan eats, this almighty bao is big on crunch and big on flavour. They take a simple slice of aubergine, dunk it in vegan buttermilk and flip it in a panko and sesame crumb to create the star filling for their deliciously doughy baos. Once cooked, it’s laid on a bed of iceberg, doused in sriracha sauce and finished with a smattering of spring onion. Yum!
