Make Distrikt your drinking destination of choice every Thursday. They serve up 2-4-1 cocktails until 2am, with classics like Old Fashioneds, Negronis and Martinis all on offer. Not your thing? Try a range of sours like the Cherry Mash and Apple Crumble or delve into their collection of flavoured daiquiris and mojitos. Whatever your tastes, there’s sure to be something you like, which you can enjoy to a soundtrack of innovative electronic beats.

The deal runs from 4pm to 2am on Sundays and Mondays, 4pm to 9pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 12pm to 9pm from Thursday to Saturday. You can make the most of it from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday and 5pm to 7pm on Saturdays. Even better, they’ve got an extensive cocktail menu, featuring the likes of the Raspberry Mojito, Piña Colada and the Caribbean Cosmo – start working your way through it for half the price.

If you’ve got a Revolution card, you can make the most of their drinks offers all day every day, but even if you don’t, their 2-4-1 cocktails are available from 5pm to 7pm, Sunday to Friday. They have the classics like the Porn Star Martini, Long Island Iced Tea and Strawberry Woo Woo – but that’s not all. With its mix of exposed brickwork and quirky artwork, Ten Bar is a cool place to end the week – pay them a visit from 9pm until close on Thursdays or from 5pm to 8pm on Fridays to double up on their creative takes on classic cocktails. You can try their Salted Caramel Espresso Martini or go for something refreshing like the Pear & Nettle Collins.

At the heart of the city’s LGBT district, Fibre is one of the most popular nightspots in Leeds. And with 2-4-1 cocktails all day and night on Wednesday and Thursday, it’s a no brainer. Outlaws Yacht Club are here to help make hump day just that little bit more interesting. Every Wednesday they offer up two cocktails for the price of one, from the Jammy Rodger to the Wild Card. However, they also do something a little different to end the week – the Bloody Mary. Every Sunday, they invite hungover Leeds folk into town to cure their sore heads with a couple of glasses of the classic spicy concoction for the price of one – you’ll be feeling right as rain in no time.

If you want bargain cocktails alongside a night of unrivalled entertainment from the city’s best drag queens, head to Viaduct Showbar. As well as the action on stage, they serve a range of classic cocktails, each with a minimum 50ml of spirits. From the Mojito to the Sex on the Beach, they’re all just £5.50 – and if you head in from 4pm to 9pm on Friday nights, you can get two for the price of one.

But if rum isn’t your bag, they have plenty of others for you to choose from, all with their own exotic twist.

Head in from 5pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 9pm Friday and Saturday, so you can pore over an extensive menu of rum, agave, cachaça, bourbon, vodka, gin and champagne cocktails, without stretching your budget. They put their own twist on a host of classics like the Latino Mule, which brings together Havana Club Añejo Especiale, drunken raisins, fresh limes and ginger beer.

They’ve got favourites like the Black Forest Bourbon, Mint Julep and the Zombie, alongside the Pop Your Cherry, a mix of bourbon, amaretto, cherry brandy, mint, fresh lemon, Angostura bitters and cranberry juice.
