Yorkshire Wine School
Despite the name, Yorkshire Wine School really do know a thing or two about gin. Their gin tasting is one of the best in Leeds, because they don’t pair their carefully selected gins with tonics or mixers, they pair them with food. Gin & Nibbles is £42.50 for two hours, and they’ll show you how the botanicals of ‘mother’s ruin’ can be elevated in a whole new way. You could be sipping Plymouth Gin with Stinking Bishop Cheese or Slingsby Rhubarb Gin with raspberries, white chocolate truffle and a splash of clementine tonic.
Yorkshire Wine School hold gin tasting events at various venues.
