Eat Leeds Restaurant Week returns this February – get ready for 7 days of scrumptious food for less.

Get your diary out, because this February, you’re going to want to plan your social calendar around Eat Leeds Restaurant Week. It runs from Monday 19th to Sunday 25th February 2018 – and for those seven days, you’ll have your pick of over 100 restaurants, all of which will be offering a bespoke menu for just £10, £15 or £30. Narrowing down your options will be incredibly tricky, so we’ve picked out 10 of the best…

2 courses & a glass of prosecco at Chaophraya for £15

Fancy Thai food? You can go to one of the most luxurious restaurants in Leeds thanks to this nifty little deal. Chaophraya will be offering 2 courses and a glass of prosecco for £15. You can start your meal with Chicken Spring Rolls, Steamed Dumplings or something a little more unusual – ever tried Mushroom Tom-Kha Soup? For your main, you’ve got all the classics – Pad Thai, Thai Green Curry, even a Weeping Tiger Sirloin (for an extra £5). If you don’t fancy a starter, go for a pudding with ice cream, sorbet or Sticky Toffee Pudding up for grabs.

2 courses at Cosy Club for £10

Cosy Club is one of the latest additions to Leeds. It’s a quirky, eccentric venue that makes over-the-top cool again – and if you haven’t tried it yet, you’ve got the perfect excuse to go, because they’re doing 2 courses for £10 and 3 courses for £15. Start with one of their tapas dishes, like Mushrooms on Toast or Patatas Bravas, before moving onto the main event. They’ve got everything covered – salads, burgers, curries, but we’d go for the Courgette, Pea & Edamame Bean Risotto. Finally, finish with a Warm Chocolate Brownie or a Cosy Sundae.

As always, Red’s are doing things a little bit differently. Their version of three courses, is a loaded tray of BBQ goodness – and it’s everything we love about their Good Book. You’ll get hog-dusted baby back and St Louis ribs, smoked wings, rib tips, cheese & jalapeño sausage, pig candy, swine fries, mac-n-cheese balls and slaw – all on one hefty board for £15. It’s the ultimate feed, but if you’re not up for it, you can also get a Monte Christo Burger for just £10.

3 tapas dishes for £10 at Ambiente

It’s one of the city’s most popular tapas restaurants – and with good reason. Ambiente serves up a mix of traditional and original Spanish tapas dishes and you can try three of them for just £10 during Eat Leeds Restaurant Week. But what will you choose? You could try their Chickpea, Spinach and Potato Fritters, tuck into Caramelised Chorizo & Potato or indulge in Josper Roast Chicken Thighs glazed with Oloroso sherry molasses. And that’s just the beginning, there’s plenty more to choose from.

They’re serving up authentic Spanish flavours made with quality ingredients, sourced straight from the producers – and now’s the time to go, because you can get their hand-picked 3-course menu for just £15 with a glass of cava. You’ll start with a stone cold classic – Croquetas de Jamón, made with Serrano ham. Next up are the mussels, they’re steamed with vermouth, and then you’ll finish with Twice Cooked Lamb marinated in cherry tomatoes and red peppers.

Issho is the latest addition from D&D London, a contemporary Japanese restaurant with views across the Leeds skyline – and now you can enjoy their high-end cuisine for less, with a tasting menu for just £30. You’ll get to devour some of their most intriguing dishes, as you work you way through 10 authentic Japanese dishes. From Chicken Karaage with wasabi mayo to their famous tomato salad with tofu cream and the duck breast with picked nashi pear, this is a taste of the Orient, as you’ve never had it before.

Got a hankering for Chinese food? Head to Mans Market during Eat Leeds Restaurant Week and enjoy three courses for just £10. If you struggle with making decisions, this menu will make it easy – you’ll start with Chef Man’s Spring Rolls, filled with mushrooms, corn, white cabbage and Oriental veggies, before you move onto Beef Udon Noodles with Black Bean and Pepper. Veggie? Don’t worry, they’ve got a tasty alternative lined up for you – just let them know when you book.

This one’s completely different to the others. Lazy Lounge will be joining in the fun of Eat Leeds Restaurant Week, but they’re doing it their way, so instead of three courses, you’ll get a series of sharing boards coupled with their signature drink. They’ll be serving up a Teapot of Lazy Gin and Tonic with a cheese sharing board loaded with Yorkshire Blue, Little Black Bomber and Brie. Finish your night with a Strawberry Pavlova to share between two.

A 5-course tasting menu at Crafthouse for just £30

They’re famed for their steaks, they have an incredible Josper Grill after all, but have you ever experienced Lee Murdoch’s food at its creative best? Now’s your chance because Crafthouse will be serving a 5-course tasting menu for just £30 during Eat Leeds Restaurant Week. Start with their Duck & Deer Terrine served with walnut pickle, winter berry gel and pistachio cake, before you move onto Roast Porcini Soup with truffle cheese mousse, pickled pear and olive oil. Pan Roasted Salmon is next, it comes with celeriac fricassee, pesto crust and lobster foam, then you’ll enjoy Corn Fed Chicken with couscous, curry and boudin blanc. And to finish? Custard Tart!

It’s the city’s first and only 100% vegan cantina, but have you tried it yet? If not, now’s the time because they’re offering 3 courses for £15 all through Eat Leeds Restaurant Week. You can start with Quinoa Arancini Balls, Winter Beetroot Borscht or Hand Rolled Doughballs before you move onto their surprisingly filling mains. Will it be a Portobello Five-bean Burger, a Tofu Katsu Curry or Crispy Buffalo Fried Seitan? Whichever you choose, finish your meal with a Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie or an Apple, Cinnamon & Sultana Cake.
