The Super Bowl is one of the biggest sporting events in the world and you can watch it live in Leeds this February.
They will be pulling out all the stops at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis this year, as Super Bowl celebrates its 52nd year in style. Want to watch it? Loads of bars and pubs in Leeds will be opening late on Sunday 4th February 2018 for the event. The game sees NFC champions Philadelphia Eagles take on AFC champions New England Patriots, but you’ll also get to see Justin Timberlake take to the stage in the big Half Time Show. It’s sure to be one of the biggest events of the year, so don’t miss it.
February means two things for North Bar – their month-long US Beer Festival and a huge Super Bowl party. Get stuck into a range of rare American beers from 10pm, as they collaborate with Sierra Nevada to turn the bar into an American sports bar for one night only. They’ve got the battle for the Vince Lombardi Trophy on the big screen, as well as hot dogs from Fat Annie’s, arcade games and slushie machines. Belgrave Music Hall
Belgrave Music Hall will be making the most of their first-floor venue by turning it into one of the best places to watch Super Bowl LII in Leeds. It all kicks off from 9pm and you can delve into their selection of quality American craft beer from 20 different breweries. Enjoy the pre-show entertainment before the game kicks off at 11.30pm – they’re promising chilli dogs, burgers and pizza, as well as free entry and free popcorn all night.

Up in Headingley, The Box is going all out for the most watched sporting game of the year. Yorkshire Rams American Football will take over The Pit this February to host a special Super Bowl shindig. They’ve booked out the den for all you sporting fanatics – join them to see if the Eagles or the Patriots come out on top. It’s £10 per person from 11pm, which will bag you two beers and nibbles too. They’ve also got a sweepstake and a raffle planned.

The Dry Dock
You can watch this year’s Super Bowl aboard The Dry Dock. The landlocked pub is getting into the spirit of the occasion with a Brooklyn tap takeover, so you’re in for quality beers all night. They’ve also got a special Super Bowl menu, featuring 25p chicken wings, American football themed burgers and more. It’s free entry all night, with kick off at 11.30pm, and if you get in touch with them ahead of the big game, you can reserve a table for no extra charge.

The Hyde Park
The Hyde Park is one of the best venues to watch the Super Bowl in 2018. The bar has added loads of new screens recently, so you’ll have no problem seeing the Patriots take on the Eagles. They’re doing 2-4-1 craft beers from 5pm or you can order one of their 8-pint pitchers directly to your table when the show starts at 10pm. They’re also doing a deal with the Matchpint app, just check in on your phone before midnight and you’ll get a free bottle of Budweiser.

Brotherhood is the go-to bar for American Football in Leeds and they have a massive night planned for Super Bowl LII. You can watch the NFL’s top two teams fighting for the sport’s biggest accolade on their big screens – but that’s not the only reason to go. They’re also doing a hot wing eating challenge – are you up for it? If not, they’ll be serving the normal menu until 9pm and then from 11pm they’re dishing up American favourites to keep you going. The Head of Steam in Headingley is opening until the early hours to bring you Super Bowl LII. The party kicks off from 10pm and they’ve got a series of special guest beer lines, including Pabst Blue Ribbon. They’re also cooking up a series of US-style bar snacks to keep you going well into Monday morning. It’s free entry and there’s no need to book ahead.
