With this roast, you’re in total control
If you’re our lucky winner, you’ll bag a roast dinner for six people with two bottles of wine to share. But before you get stuck in, you have decisions to make, because you can choose everything that goes on your plate (which is why you have to order four days in advance). First up, you’ve got to choose your meat. You can have garlic, herb and lemon stuffed chicken, rib of Waterford Farm beef, home rolled porchetta with herb, apricot & spinach stuffing or shoulder of lamb with rosemary, red currant and garlic glaze. Whichever you go for, you can carve it fresh at your table.
Next up are the potatoes. You get two, but there are nine options in total with everything from duck fat roasties to creamy mash, dauphinoise and herb-buttered new potatoes. And don’t even get us started on the veggies! There’s everything your heart could desire – honey and mustard parsnips, creamed leeks, braised red cabbage – you name it, they’ve got it, and you can pick any three. But we haven’t even told you the best bit yet. They have five different takes on the humble Yorkshire pudding. Keep it traditional, try it herbed or go wild with pancetta.
