If you’re our lucky winner, you get to try their new Taste of Tattu menu for yourself. In fact, we’re giving you a table for four with a bottle of wine to share, so bring your friends. You can start with small plates like the fiery Chilli Salt Baby Squid, drizzled with sweet chilli and spring onion. Veggie? The Sweet and Sour Vegetable Tempura is a must-try. It’s served on a bed of lemon ponzu, soba noodles and nori salt – delish!
For the main event, you can choose from a handful of their most popular dishes. The Chinese Barbecue Chicken is one of their trademarks, with its delicious mix of chilli, sweet soy and pickled cucumber. Or you can savour the earthy, silken joy of the King Oyster Mushroom Hot Pot, which brings together a medley of textures and flavours. Finish off this epic lunch with dessert – their Cherry Blossom is food theatre. A white chocolate and cherry mousse base is layered with cherry coulis, chocolate soil, a chocolate tree and leaves of candy floss to make it look like just like a cherry blossom. Finished with cherry essence poured over dry ice, it’s the perfect way to end your meal.
