A night of beefy stouts, session porters and black sours lies ahead of you as Dark City Festival returns to Northern Monk’s Refectory…
In the four short years since they opened their brewery, Northern Monk has become a global name in beer. Their collaborative approach has given us a never-ending procession of new and progressive beers. From session brews with Against the Grain, Siren Craft Brew and Epic Brewing to the world’s first zero-waste beer and an imperial stout inspired by Swedish metal band Opeth, they never fail to impress.
But it’s not just their own beers that have us talking. Up in the Refectory Taproom, they’ve made a name for themselves by showcasing the best of Yorkshire, with 16 keg lines, 2 hand pulls and a fridge full of craft beers. Last year brought another big development – they launched The Chapter Hall, their dedicated event space, and with it came a slew of beery events. Which brings us neatly to our prize…
