Their trainers are certified England Boxing Level 1 Coaches, so not only will you learn how to jab, hook and uppercut, but you’ll learn the right way. They have boxercise sessions suitable for all abilities, including Boxing Fitness classes for females and kids only, so everyone can hop on the boxercise bandwagon.

Primal Gym keep things fresh with their 45-minute Boxing Conditioning class. Each session is different from the next, so you’ll be kept on your toes. Expect a fast-paced workout, which promises to improve your strength, fitness and mind. You’ll also get to switch between the pummelling pads and punch bags throughout each session, working in pairs to burn through the calories. It’s a popular class, but the numbers are kept small on purpose, so you can get the most out of it.

Chun Fu, owner of martial arts school Graft Häus, will run you through your paces at Box Fit. He’s designed this boxercise class to make you sweat from the word go. You’ll get stuck into burpees, sit-ups and lunges, jabbing at focus pads with each rep. Numbers are limited, so Chun can make sure everyone’s involved in the action and nobody is hiding at the back. It also means that he can get to know your personal strengths and help you sharpen up those weak left hooks during the 45-minute class.
