As one of the best new bars to open in Leeds, we had big dreams for Crowd of Favours and fortunately, there’s plenty to love about this new Brewery-adjacent bar which offers plenty of great ale, great music and some truly brilliant local art adorning the walls.
With a prime location outside the overwhelming throng of the city, Crowd of Favours has a growing following as one of the coolest and most laidback alternative bars in the city. There’s plenty of room for artistic expression and an interior which, with its open-brick appearance and indie, bohemian vibe, is all about relaxing and having fun.
The food it offers up is pretty solid too with plenty of options for herbivores, carnivores and omnivores alike and some of the best burgers we’ve ever had in Leeds, something quite fortunate given that you’ll easily want to spend the rest of the afternoon there, soaking up the atmosphere and the amazing local art that graces the walls.
This is no average run-of-the-mill bar – with plenty of competitions planned that will help to engage local artists and patrons in letting their inner (and outer) artist run free, there’s no reason not to have a go at making your own t-shirts or designing some funky art that might just end up on the walls of Crowd of Favours itself. Friendly staff and patrons make this one of the most chilled, bohemian bars in the area – and one we think you’ll regret not visiting immediately.
