Do an intensive 45-minute workout & cool down in a club-like setting
The first thing you need to know is that TRIB3 isn’t a gym – it’s a boutique bootcamp. They run hardcore classes in a dark, atmospheric studio. It’s more like a club than a gym – the temperature’s turned down low and the music’s turned up loud as you push yourself to the limit.
It’s an intense experience that’s been specially designed to get the best out of you – and they’re pulling out all the stops for this event. You’ll be treated to a pre-workout shot before you head into the studio. It’s got caffeine to give you energy and beta-alanine to help your muscles endure intensive exercise. Once you’ve changed, you’ll get a tour of the studio and an introduction to what they do, before your workout starts in earnest.
You’ll do a little bit of everything – interval training on the treadmill, resistance training on the floor and high-intensity functional training. It’s an incredibly effective combination and you can burn anything from 300 to 500 calories in this mini 45-minute workout and cool down. You’ll be able to see exactly how hard you’re working too, because they use MyZone belts to track your heart rate, calorie burn and effort levels.

This isn’t just a workout. TRIB3 have turned working out into a night out with a series of fun, fitness experiences lined up for you. You’ll start with a glass of prosecco, after all, you deserve it – and you can sup it while you listen to a short, informative nutritional talk from one of their Sport and Exercise Nutritionists. Don’t worry, it’s not going to be anything heavy – they’re going to let you in on the easy changes you can make to your diet to get results and answer the nutritional questions they get asked the most.
One of the things they’ll no doubt cover is the fact there’s a golden 20-minute window after your workout – research has shown that if you consume 24 grams of protein in that time, your body will actually recover faster.
