Taking place at the Great Yorkshire Showground from Tuesday 14th to Friday 17th July 2026, the show brings together the country’s best livestock, first-class entertainment and delicious food – it sells out year after year for good reason.
You’ll be visiting on Friday 17th July 2026, when the atmosphere is buzzing as families and locals descend on the showground for a full day of celebration. Expect best-in-show livestock, showjumping events and impressive agricultural machinery, alongside daredevil motorbike stunts from this year’s headline act, Bolddog FMX. There’s also Fodder – Great Yorkshire Food Hall on the showground, where you can tuck into Yorkshire-sourced produce, homemade dishes and sweet treats.
A packed lineup of farming influencers and TV favourites will also be taking to the stage. But one of the best bits is simply wandering the showground – browsing hundreds of stalls, picking up unique gifts and sampling artisan treats from across the region. Add in live music, licensed bars and plenty to keep the younger visitors entertained, and you’ve got yourself a proper Yorkshire day out. Don’t forget to pack a picnic!
