If you haven’t visited De Baga before, you’re in for a real treat. Whether you go for the Headingley restaurant – De Baga’s first venue – or the newer Chapel Allerton restaurant, you’ll find stunning decor, warm hospitality and impeccable levels of service across both sites.

While the menus vary slightly depending on which venue you visit, you can expect colourful, Goan-inspired dishes, made using the highest quality ingredients. And with Michelin-experienced chefs cooking up a storm in the kitchen, this is no ordinary restaurant experience.

So, what’s on offer? You’ll need to order two starters to get the offer, and you won’t be short on choice. The Nepali momos are a delight, packed with chicken or veg, while the honey chilli cauliflower is a must for anyone who likes things sweet and spicy.

Time for the main event. There’s crowd-pleasing butter chicken, a deliciously creamy Makhan paneer, and a wonderful biryani. But if you want a showstopper, it has to be the Hyderabadi Nali Ghosht – tender lamb shanks served in a tongue-tingling sauce, spiked with garlic and ginger.
