Bonfire Night is upon us once again, which fireworks displays in Leeds will you go to in 2025?

Bonfire Night is almost here, so it’s time to start planning where you’ll watch the skies get lit up. There are loads of firework displays taking place in Leeds on or around Tuesday 5th November 2024. Fancy going further afield? There are some great bonfires and fireworks all across Yorkshire too.

From family-friendly get-togethers complete with entertainment to street food-fuelled bonfires that light up the sky, there’s something for everyone. So remember, remember the fifth of November and get yourself over to a display.

Moortown Rugby Club Fireworks Extravaganza. This year’s fireworks extravaganza at Moortown Rugby Club promises to be bigger and brighter than ever. They’re putting on two displays, with an earlier one for toddlers and young kids and saving the explosive main event for later in the evening. There’ll be plenty of hot food, drinks, music and live entertainment to keep everyone occupied. Plus, there’ll be fairground rides for all the thrill-seekers in attendance. From 3:30pm on Saturday 1st November 2025, tickets start from £15 for adults and £6 for children.

Bonfire Night at The Legion. Bonfire Night at the Legion in Kippax is one of the most popular events in the area. With £1 tickets, an incredible fireworks display, raffles, bingo, a disco and more, it’s not hard to see why. They go all out every year to ensure it’s a memorable night out for the whole family. Tickets sell fast so don’t hesitate to grab yours. 6:30pm on Friday 7th November 2025, tickets are £1.

Adel St. John Bonfire and Fireworks Spectacular. For a cracking fireworks display in North Leeds, Adel St. John school is the place to go. It promises a really wholesome vibe and all are welcome to gather around the bonfire and enjoy hotdogs and other delicious street food as well as drinks from the bar. The festivities are underway from 5pm, with the bonfire being lit at 5:45pm and the brilliant fireworks display starting from 6:30pm. 5pm on Saturday 8th November 2025, tickets start from £5.58, under-2s go free.

Kirkstall Bridge Inn. Bonfire Night at Kirkstall Bridge Inn is set to be quite the affair. The legendary Leeds pub will be packing in not only a spectacular fireworks display, but a massive bonfire and food and drink to boot. We’re talking their famous hog roast, pie & peas, hot dogs, mulled cider and more. 5pm on Wednesday 5th November 2025, £9 for adults, £3 for kids and under-3s go free.

The Mustard Pot.The Mustard Pot will be hosting not one, but two fireworks displays on the 5th of November! First up is the family friendly display targeted at younger children, with another loud and extravagant displays to follow. There’ll be three fantastic food traders providing treats to warm your belly, too. 5pm on Wednesday 5th November 2025, tickets start from £6.13.

The Beck & Call. If you’re near Meanwood, The Beck & Call has got a bonfire night treat for you. Their family-friendly firework display is now one of the most popular in Leeds – two massive firework shows fizz off to make sure everyone gets to see the big bangs! They’ll also have a menu of burgers, pies and hot dogs, as well as market stalls, face painting and kid’s crafts. 3:00pm & 6:30pm on Wednesday 5th November 2025, £8 for adults, £5 for kids, under-2s go free.

The Hare & Hounds. There are no fireworks on bonfire night at The Hare & Hounds in South Leeds. Instead, they’re taking a family-friendly approach with fire breathers, jugglers, dancers, stilt walkers and mini fire pits. There will be street food aplenty on the night and you can get into the spirit of it with sparklers. 5pm on Wednesday 5th November 2024, £6.50 entry or £35 for a table of six people.

Otley Sailing Club. If you’re a member (or a friend of one) and looking for Bonfire Night fun in Otley, make your way to the market town’s Sailing Club. They kick things off with a huge bonfire from 6:30pm, before they serve award-winning pies and sausages from 7:15pm. You can get a few drinks in at the bar but make sure you’re in a good position before the fireworks go off at 8pm. 6:30pm on Saturday 8th November 2025, tickets are £6 for members only, under-5s get free entry.

Boston Spa Community Fireworks and Bonfire. If you’re local to Boston Spa, this is one of the best Bonfire Night events you can go to in Leeds. It’s a proper community and family-friendly affair with drinks, mulled wine, street food, tombolas, fairground rides and a candy floss stall. It kicks off with a bonfire you can contribute wood towards, followed by a banging fireworks display. 5:30pm on Saturday 8th November 2025, tickets start from £5.
