The free prize draw is open until 4pm on Monday 2nd November 2026. There is one prize available. The prize is one month’s use of a private office at Orega Broad Gate, subject to office and date availability. The prize is available to new Orega clients only and must be redeemed within three months of the winner being notified. The exact office will be agreed between the winner and Orega, subject to availability. Following the free month, the winner may be offered an exclusive discounted rate on private office space. Any subsequent agreement must be signed within six weeks of the winner’s free month ending and is subject to a minimum term of six months. The discounted rate will be determined at Orega’s sole discretion and is non-negotiable. The discount applies to private office sales only. The winner agrees to use the office responsibly and professionally; not to carry out any illegal, dangerous or nuisance-causing activities; not to make structural alterations without Orega’s written permission; and to return the office in substantially the same condition as it was received, allowing for fair wear and tear. Orega reserves the right to terminate the winner’s licence to use the office immediately if any of these conditions are materially breached. There are also 10 runner-up prizes available, each consisting of one voucher for two hours’ use of an Orega meeting room. Meeting room bookings are subject to date and room availability and must be redeemed within three months of the runner-up being notified.This free prize draw is open to UK residents with a valid UK postal address only. This competition will run on Leeds-List.com and Yorkshire-List.com. One winner will be randomly selected from the database of entrants who complete the prize draw online entry form. Employees and family of Orega, YouPlatforms or any agencies connected with the set up of this prize draw are not eligible to enter. No cash alternative. The winner will be contacted by email.
