Another Hebden hero, Saltas has built a reputation for its fully loaded New York–style subs – and you’ll have £25 to spend while you’re there. Expect bold Italian-American flavours and seriously stacked fillings. The Sloppy Joe is the standout, stuffed with beef shin and pork ragu, prosciutto cotto, mozzarella and confit garlic mayo – but whatever you go for, you won’t leave hungry. If you’ve got room, their soft serve ice cream is well worth it.
