All of their rolls are jam-packed with deliciously fresh fish, but their Rainbow Roll is particularly special – it comes bursting with salmon, tuna, prawn, squid, avocado, cucumber and Japanese mayo. They have loads of veggie options too, from the fresh and fragrant vegetable futomaki to the sweet tofu and avocado roll.

If you want an authentic Japanese sushi experience, head to Little Tokyo. It’s an intimate spot, with a koi carp pond and oriental wood bridge as well as sunken tables where you can enjoy your sushi the traditional way – cross-legged on the floor. Itsu is a Japanese fast-food restaurant in Leeds that specialises in serving quick and healthy sushi.
