So you’ve got a big meeting coming up and you want to make sure it has that wow factor. Maybe it’s an interview, a pitch or a big presentation – whatever the reason, you need to find the perfect space. Luckily, there are loads of venues in Leeds with incredible meeting rooms ready to hire. From small, relaxed rooms to big boardrooms, here’s where to book in for your next meeting.

2-Work

Inside the brilliantly Brutalist Bank House, 2-Work is a co-working space that also has a range of modern meeting rooms. They range in size from the 4-person The Vault all the way up to The Treasury, which hosts 30 people.

Facilities vary by room, but all have wi-fi and televisions, while unlimited tea and coffee is included. As a bonus, you also get access to their breakout spaces at no extra cost, so if you’ve got colleagues who need to split up to work, you’re in luck.

Clayton Hotel

As you’d expect of a conference hotel, there are extensive meeting facilities at the Clayton. The rooms range from small and intimate spaces that can host 2 to 12, all the way up to the Holdback Suite which can hold 200 people.

They can cater for all manner of meetings, with different seating set-ups available. There’s also a breakout area ideal for taking refreshments – they have a bean-to-cup coffee machine and can put together everything from breakfasts to sweet treats to keep your team fuelled.

Liquor Studio

The Studio may normally play host to spirit testing and gin creation classes, but it’s also a characterful meeting space available for hire. It has a main meeting room, along with a breakout room and up-to-date AV facilities, plus a digital whiteboard.

Soft drinks and refreshments are included in the cost of hire, but you can also choose to add catering and even add in one of the tastings or masterclasses they specialise in if you want to finish your meeting or corporate getaway in style.

Avenue HQ

Avenue HQ is one of the most popular co-working spaces in Leeds, with seven modern meeting rooms that hold between 3 and 14 people. All spaces provide super-fast wifi, HD screens and AV link-ups for presentations.

If you need something bigger, there’s a large event space that can accommodate up to 100 people with its own private bar. You can add flipchart hire, tea and coffee as extras or take advantage of on-site restaurant &Co Coffee if you require catering.

Platform

Nestled right above Leeds Train Station, Platform is home to some of the most central meeting rooms in the city. They have four smart and professional spaces to choose from and their two boardrooms have space for up to 8 people.

You can also book one of their more relaxed rooms for groups of up to 32 people, which can be combined for 64. They all have tea, coffee, HDMI TVs, super-fast wifi and wireless presentation systems. Stationery can be provided.

Wizu

Wizu has two co-working spaces in central Leeds and one in North Leeds. Each has cool, modern meeting rooms with everything you need to make a great impression. The Leeming Building is their main hub with three spaces for up to 14 people.

On Park Cross Street, The Headrow Suite fits 10. Park Place has an event space for up to 40 and two 8 person meeting rooms. All come with flip charts, screens and super-fast broadband as standard. Catering can be provided.

You’ll find Park House in the picturesque Park Square and their clean, modern meeting rooms overlook the beautiful greenery outside. They have four meeting rooms with space for up to 6 or 8 people. Each space comes with high-speed wifi, HD screens and a ZoomRooms tech set up.

You’ll also gain access to breakout spaces and the relaxed lounge area. Fancy breakfast or lunch? They can help organise food and drink for your booking from one of their local caterers.

Crowne Plaza

The Crowne Plaza hotel is one of the best meeting venues in Leeds city centre. Just a few minutes from the train station, their smart, professional meeting rooms can fit up to 200 people, with smaller suites available for more intimate gatherings.

Whatever you go for, you can enjoy free wifi, an LCD projector and stationery. They offer free parking too if you’re driving. Tea and coffee is supplied, with catering available if you want it.

The Studio

Based at Riverside West, The Studio offers a range of meeting rooms for groups of all sizes. They’ve given the space a cool, modern feel with colourful furniture and panoramic views across the city. You can choose from nine event spaces, with room for 2 to 250 people.

Each comes with free wifi, as well as use of a flipchart, projector and screen. Tea and coffee is also provided and there are on-site chefs if you want to pre-book catering for an extra cost.

No. 1 Aire Street

You don’t even have to leave Leeds Station to get to No. 1 Aire Street, that’s how central it is. This art deco building has recently been renovated to keep its historic touches, paired with stylish, industrial-chic furniture.

They have eight professional meeting rooms for you to choose from for up to 16 people. There’s high-speed wifi, HD screens and IT support to set everything up. Tea and coffee comes as standard, but if you fancy lunch, they have a full catering service too.

The Chambers

The Chambers offers much more than just serviced apartments – they’ve also got some of the finest meeting rooms in Leeds. If you want a relaxed living room-style area for up to 6 people, their intimate library will do the job.

If you’d prefer a more professional affair for up to 50 people, they have two boardroom-style spaces. Each comes with wifi, a private sound system and a 70-inch screen. Tea and coffee is provided with catering also available.

The meeting rooms at Malmaison have been designed to cater for any need. Job interviews? No problem. Client meeting? Sorted. Big presentation? You bet. Pods fit 4 and are perfect for intimate gatherings, with larger rooms catering for 8 guests right up to 150.

There’s free and fast wifi, state-of the art technology and breakout areas. Hot and cold drinks come as standard, with the option to add catering from their much-admired Chez Mal team if needed.

Aspire

Big or small, intimate or fancy, whatever type of room you want to book, Aspire is happy to help. This award-winning events venue is just a few minutes’ walk from Leeds Station with eight different spaces, all with a classy, professional feel.

You’ll get super-fast wifi, HD screens and technology hook-ups, but if you want to go all out, they offer full audio visual staging and production facilities for big presentations. There’s free tea and coffee, with catering options too.

Wellington Place is one of the biggest commercial office spaces in Leeds and they’ve got the meeting rooms to match at The Terrace. They’re clean and modern with a professional but relaxed feel. From small groups as little as 2 to boardroom and conference-style affairs for up to 150 people, they’ve got it all.

Each room is kitted out with HD screens, projector facilities, IT support and free wifi. Tea and coffee is provided, with the ability to organise catering if you want it.

DoubleTree by Hilton

It’s better known as a hotel, but DoubleTree by Hilton also has a range of meeting rooms and it’s right by the train station. There are 18 in total – all slick, professional and complete with incredible views across Leeds from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

There’s free high-speed wifi and all rooms come with a HD TV, projector and flip charts. Tea and coffee comes as standard, or you can order catering from the hotel’s restaurant.

St George’s Centre

St George’s Centre is a versatile venue in the heart of Leeds with rooms of various sizes, accommodating between 2 and 150 delegates. In addition to three straightforward rooms, there’s also an informal lounge room as well as boardrooms and larger suites.

Each room comes with high-speed wifi, a notice board, flipcharts and LCD projectors or flat-screen TVs. Conference phone facilities can be provided as an extra. Tea and coffee comes as standard.

Stringer House

If you’re looking for small meeting rooms in Leeds, take a look at Stringer House. It’s in Hunslet and offers stylish, relaxed meeting spaces in a converted Victorian building. They have four rooms, with space for up to 16 people, although the Hunslet Room can be expanded to fit 35 if needed.

There’s free parking, wifi and a smart TV or projector fitted in every room. There’s even Skype and conference phone facilities. Tea and coffee is provided as standard.

BizSpace

On the hunt for cheap meeting rooms in Leeds? BizSpace will do the job. Their massive facility is located less than two miles south of the city centre, providing super-affordable rooms when you need them.

They’re the definition of simple and no-frills, but they’re also professional and welcoming with everything you need to have a successful meeting. There’s free high-speed wifi, an interactive TV, a projector and parking. Tea, coffee and water are complimentary.

The Met

Whether you want big or small, The Met has a room to suit all your needs. There are 18 flexible spaces, from the intimate but stylish Met Rooms to the grandeur of the Met Suite. They can fit between 5 and 250 people depending on the layout.

There’s a dedicated manager who will set it up according to your requirements and each of the rooms comes with free wifi, IT support and projectors or flatscreen TVs. Tea and coffee is complimentary, but catering is also available.

Gilbanks

Gilbanks is one of the finest serviced-office buildings in Leeds, all clean lines and contemporary decor. The same goes for their meeting rooms, which you’ll find directly opposite Leeds Station. They have three, with room for between 6 and 30 people.

You’ll get flipcharts, pens, ultra-fast wifi, Android-enabled Sony UHD displays, ceiling speakers and presentation facilities. Tea and coffee is provided, but you can also add catering services in if you wish.
