Experience the charm of a classic pub with the comfort of great food at The Victoria & Commercial, a Grade II-listed Victorian pub, restored to its former glory by Kirkstall Brewery and Whitelock’s Ale House.

Cask ales, cracking roasts and lovingly restored interiors – Sundays at The Victoria just got very tempting.

When Kirkstall Brewery and Whitelock’s Ale House joined forces to revive The Victoria & Commercial, the beer-lovers of Leeds rejoiced – and for good reason. The much-loved pub is back, serving quality ales, seriously good food and an electric atmosphere, all wrapped up in a wonderfully restored space.

To celebrate, we’re giving one lucky winner the chance to enjoy a three-course Sunday dinner for four at The Victoria, plus a round of drinks on the house. Sunday plans? Consider them sorted.

Land this prize and you’ll secure a table for four at The Victoria & Commercial’s popular Sunday service. You’ll enjoy three standout courses, along with a round of drinks on the house – the perfect excuse for a long, leisurely afternoon with good company. First time at The Victoria? You’re in for a proper treat.

Drinks first. With Kirkstall Brewery and Whitelock’s at the helm, a quality pint is a given, alongside cocktails, spirits and a well-curated wine list. The food’s sublime too – expect starters like ham hock croquettes, balsamic roasted beets and a reinvented prawn cocktail, before the main event takes centre stage.

There are four roasts to choose from – lamb gigot steak, pork tomahawk and rump cap for the meat-eaters, plus a show-stopping salt-baked celeriac pithivier that’s sure to turn heads. Whichever you pick, it’s served with carrot purée, piccolo parsnips, roasted potatoes, kalettes, braised red cabbage, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Oh, it’s very good.

Be sure to save room for pudding, because there are some real throwbacks on the menu. Will it be the apple & plum crumble, the ultimate winter warmer, chocolate & ale cake, or classic Yorkshire parkin? One thing’s for sure – you won’t leave hungry.
