Their menu spans a mouth-watering selection of signatures, including a Peach Cooler, Caribbean Daiquiri and Box Iced Tea. They also have plenty of fan favourites to boot, with Pornstar Martinis, Espresso Martinis and Pinã Coladas always a good decision.

Available all day, Sunday through Friday, you can choose from cleverly-named concoctions, from the Candy Crush to the Let That Mango. The latter mixes Absolut Mango Vodka, coconut rum and elderflower liqueur with pineapple juice, lime juice and passionfruit syrup. Delicious.

They’re rum crazy here, and their Rum Runner is a must, with a refreshing mix of Kingston 62 Gold, amaretto & banana liquor, fresh lime, grapefruit and berries.

Banyan’s cocktail menu is a heady mix of classics, originals and downright deliciousness. And you can try them for less all day, every day, with their banging 2-4-1 cocktail deal. But where to begin? For sophistication, you can’t go wrong with a Smoked Old Fashioned – Maker’s Mark bourbon, Smokey Monkey whisky, demarara, orange and smoke.

Happy hour runs from 4:30pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, and lasts even longer at the weekend – 12pm to 9pm on Friday and Sunday, with Saturdays taking you from 12pm to 6pm.

They’ve got all the classics here, along with hard shakes and mocktails, but if you’re asking us, it has to be the Candyfloss Cosmo. Sugary sweet, it takes Smirnoff vodka and marries it with Cointreau, cranberry and lime, topping it off with a candyfloss cloud.
